We’ll meet with each player three times per season—preseason, midseason, and postseason. These meetings serve as progress reviews, helping us discuss areas for improvement and highlight achievements. Of course, this isn’t a limit on communication as we will be in regular contact throughout the year to ensure the player gets the guidance and support required.

We’ll share insights and clips showcasing key development trends from the professional level and provide actionable advice on how players can implement these strategies into his or her game.

Using our extensive hockey network, we’ll act as player advocates with organizations in the CHL, NCAA programs, and teams in the USHL, NAHL, and Junior A Leagues. Our goal is to identify and secure the best opportunities for our players’ development and career progression.

NCAA eligibility can be a complex process, but we’ll ensure all requirements are met so the player does not miss out on any opportunities including staying eligible and ensuring a player is prepared academically.

This includes workout guidance, development advice and advisory-branded apparel to support players off-ice preparation.
