Jory Nychuk

Director of Player Representation

A graduate of Mount Royal University with a degree (BBA) in finance, Jory has a strong passion for the business side of hockey allowing him to service clients and their families thoroughly. Since joining CAL Sports Management in 2022, Jory has been able to build a strong network within the hockey industry and plays a key role in the organizations client relations, as well as their marketing presence. As an extension of his role at CAL Sports Management, Jory oversees all operations of AURA Hockey Advisors as the company’s Director of Player Representation.

Joe Caligiuri

Joe is an experienced hockey advisor who has been certified as an NHLPA Player Agent since 2019. After playing goal in both the Western Hockey League and Canadian Interuniversity Sport, Joe obtained his law degree and continues to practice law at the Winnipeg Law Firm, Tapper Cuddy LLP. Joe has an extensive network in the hockey world and prides himself in being fully accessible to all his clients.

Matt Calvert

Matt is a former National Hockey League forward who played over 10 seasons amassing 566 regular season games. Following his retirement, Matt has worked as a development coach and Director of Recruitment and Development for CAL Sports Management. Matt’s playing experience is invaluable when mentoring younger players and is well connected in hockey circles.
